Hverken i b\u00e5d eller til fods kan man komme t\u00e6t p\u00e5 den enorme gletsjer i bunden af fjorden.<\/p>\n<p>Kangia Sermeq (Br\u00e6) er den mest produktive gletsjer p\u00e5 den nordlige halvkugle, og den producerer 43 millioner ton is hver dag. Gletsjeren er over en kilometer tyk og syv kilometer bred. At se disse enorme m\u00e6ngder is og de enorme naturkr\u00e6fter er enest\u00e5ende.<\/p>\n<p>Helikopteren letter fra Ilulissat Lufthavn og flyver s\u00e5 lavt som sikkerheden og lovene tillader over bjerge, s\u00f8er, floder og Isfjorden. Herefter kommer vi til et bjerg ved indlandsisens kant. Her har vi omkring en halv time til at nyde synet.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 tilbagevejen flyver vi over gletsjerfronten og f\u00f8lger Isfjorden 70 kilometer tilbage til byen. De st\u00f8rste isbjerge strander p\u00e5 mor\u00e6nekanten lige f\u00f8r byen, hvilket giver en fantastisk afslutning p\u00e5 vores rejse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bem\u00e6rk venligst<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Vi flyver altid med den helikopter Air Greenland stiller til r\u00e5dighed.
